- Confirm and manage your booking for our event — our lawful basis is your request and our legitimate interests in organising the event;
- Send you reminders and marketing about NORG and our events — our lawful basis is your consent, given when you provide your details to hear more about NORG;
- Maintain the security and proper operation of our website — our lawful basis is our legitimate interests.
You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time (see "Your rights" below). Every marketing email also contains an option to opt out.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate this website and deliver our emails (for example our website hosting and email delivery providers), who act on our instructions.
